The short version

Set down because a policy nobody reads protects nobody. What binds us is the numbered text underneath; this is only the gist.

  • We take what an order needs: name, email, delivery address and payment details, plus a mobile number if, and only if, you ask for crop texts.
  • Personal information is not put up for sale. Not to brokers, not to other growers, at any figure.
  • No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared, and sit outside every other kind of sharing described below.
  • Texts carry marketing, they go only to people who asked, and that is all. Order paperwork reaches you by email, never by text.
  • You can come off whenever you like by replying STOP or using the removal form.
  • Nothing you buy here has ever depended on taking texts.
  • You can ask what is held on you and have it deleted, at hello@kialagreens.com.
  • We do not knowingly deal with anyone under eighteen.

FOODSTATE INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by FOODSTATE, INC. (EIN 02-0436846), is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you visit kialagreens.com or interact with our SMS communications.

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal Data: name, email address, mobile phone number, and (where applicable) shipping/billing address.
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and interaction timestamps collected via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Device Data: device identifiers and mobile network information used to optimize your experience.

2. How your mobile number is treated

A mobile number reaches us only when you enter it and tick the box, and that is your consent for FOODSTATE INC to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to it. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The number and the consent attached to it are not sold, not rented and not shared, and they are carved out of every other sharing arrangement set out below.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Fulfill your requests and deliver the communications you opted into.
  • Send transactional messages such as confirmations and updates.
  • Deliver promotional offers and announcements (with your consent).
  • Improve our website and customer experience.
  • Respond to support inquiries and comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This site sets cookies to remember what it needs to remember during a visit and to measure traffic in aggregate. Every browser offers controls for accepting, refusing and deleting them, and those controls are the right place to set your preference.

5. Who else sees it

Your personal information is not for sale, at any price, to anybody. It is shared with the service providers who make the transaction work, namely payment, shipping, the SMS platform and analytics; where the law compels disclosure; and on a transfer of the business. SMS opt-in data is excluded from all three, as set out above.

6. What you can ask for

You can ask to see what is held on you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted, and California residents additionally have the statutory right to opt out of its sale, which we do not engage in. There is no penalty for asking. Requests go to hello@kialagreens.com.

7. Keeping it safe

Access is limited to the people who need it and transmission is encrypted. That said, no system carried over the public internet is perfectly secure, and any company claiming otherwise is overstating its case.

8. Anyone under 18

Nothing here is aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything about them. If you believe a minor's information has reached us, tell us and it will be deleted.

9. Revisions to this policy

Amendments are published on this page and carry a revised date. There is no other version in circulation, and the one here is always current.

Just tell us what you want to see, put right, or wiped. We acknowledge within two business days and finish within 30, confirming back in writing.
